1979 Paris Texas: When
you are 16 and you have a GTO with an old 8 track player and some Cars music
(little Skynyrd too), life doesn’t get much better. At least until you meet
your high school sweetheart while bagging groceries, then the world is yours if
only for a small amount of time. It would appear we spend our lives yearning
for memories of those innocent times, so cherish them while you have them young
people.
Elroy's Judge 1970 Judge sat in this very
spot from 1976 until 2001 in Muskogee. It was a Ramair IV M21 390 light blue
with pink stripes, notice some of the blue paint creeping through the edge of
the hood. This picture was taken about 1986. Nearly 30 years of sitting in the
open took its toll on the car in the form of rust; the person that ended up
with it didn't get much. There was also severe right A arm area frame damage,
the frame is now in the possession of one Bill Rose in Tulsa. The remains of
the body were in the possession of Eddie Garcia at last account; also in Tulsa.
